Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all transactions and can only be waived or varied by us. By purchasing from us, you are indicating that you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions below, thus entering into a binding agreement with us.

Ecommerce

​

No agreement has been formalised until it has been fully processed, accepted, and you've received confirmation from us.

 

While we have taken steps to ensure our website is up to date and accurate, we are human and mistakes may occur (such as pricing inaccuracies). If an error has occurred, we may choose to not accept the order and contact you directly to discuss options.

Payment

You agree to pay the price listed on the website (unless in the case of accidental errors as listed above). Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We currently use Stripe for credit card payments but also accept payments via PayPal and Google Pay. 

​

By making a purchase, it can be deduced that you have read and agree to the terms of another third-party payment processor, which are available on their website. 

 

We are not responsible for any damages, loses, or issues arising from these third-parties, and if they do occur, we urge you contact them for further guidance.

We also may vary our pricing from time to time. We encourage you to watch our website or we may otherwise let you know via social media.

 

Discounts

​

We may offer discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with another. We will notify those signed up to our newsletters as well as via social media. They will be available for the set period of time.

Refunds

​

Refunds will be provided per our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. We are not permitted to give refunds if you change your mind, however, for our ebooks, you will have seven (7) days to request a refund from purchase. 

​

No refund will be rewarded after seven days.

​

For our paperbacks, you will have 30 days to return your physical copy. Once we receive the item, we will organise the refund of the item. Shipping fees are not included, and further shipping costs back to us may incur.

Shipping

​

We only deliver domestically, for a flat rate of $17.50 AUD, in line with the pricing for Australia Post, for a 5-7 day delivery.

​

We do not deliver internationally.

​​

Stock

​

While we may use a print-on-demand service like IngramSpark, we may run out of stock which may impact our 5-7 day delivery. If this occurs, notifications of out-of-stock orders will be listed and you can opt to be notified when stock is back in stock.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site, especially our products, is subject to copyright under Australian Law and Internationally. Unless stated otherwise, all rights in the website and products (including images, text, videos, logos, audio, documents, and codes) are reserved, owned and/or controlled by us.

You are permitted to share our website or social media posts freely as long as you tag us in your posts or link back to our website. This includes images on our site or social media, unless it is explicitly cited that we have a copyright notice that says otherwise.

You are prohibited from producing, publishing, and distributing intellectual property (blog posts and electronic products).

In purchasing an eBook from our website, you are agreeing that no part of the publications may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without prior written permission.

Conduct

This is a respectful environment. Any behaviours in our blog page comment section or inbox that are illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, bullying, vilifying, trolling, sexist, racist, misleading, or deceptive will not be tolerated.​

Failure to comply will result in suspension of subscription.

As we are based in Queensland, these conditions will be governed by their laws. You agree that any dispute for resolution will be in the Courts of Queensland, Australia.
